• Extended Filming: Extra hours or additional filming days beyond the original brief.
• Additional Personnel: If a project requires a second camera operator or specialized crew.
• Major Revisions: Significant changes to the project scope once editing has commenced. Any potential extras will always be discussed with you upfront before being added to your quote.
On average, a standard promotional or school video takes between 3 to 6 weeks. This includes pre-production planning, the shoot itself, and the editing process. I usually am able to provide an initial draft within 7 days.If you have a specific deadline, such as an event or enrolment period, please let me know early so we can plan accordingly.
The more prepared the location and the people, the smoother the day goes. For schools and businesses, I recommend ensuring spaces are tidy and participants are briefed. I provide a "Shoot Day Checklist" for my school and commercial clients to help you feel ready.
Yes. I am a CASA-certified drone pilot and operate under the sub-2kg rules safely. I carry full public liability insurance, ensuring that all aerial filming for agriculture, real estate, and schools is conducted legally and safely.
Once the final invoice is settled, the usage rights for the edited video or images are yours. You are free to use them across your website, social media, and marketing materials. I retain the right to use the content in my own portfolio unless we have agreed otherwise (common for sensitive school or corporate projects).
Absolutely. My standard production process includes two rounds of revisions. This allows you to give feedback on the flow, text, and music to ensure the final product is exactly what you envisioned.
I typically deliver the polished, final edited files ready for use. Raw footage is generally not provided as it doesn't represent the finished quality of my work, but I am happy to discuss specific archival needs for a fee if required.
I use professional, high-quality music libraries where I purchase the appropriate licences for your project. This means you don't have to worry about copyright strikes on YouTube or Facebook.

Our subscription model allows schools to spread the cost of their visual content across a predictable annual budget. All videos within your chosen package must be produced within a 12-month period. This ensures your school has a consistent stream of fresh content for the entire academic year.
